I found this museum so interesting. The lay out & audio worked perfectly together, unlike other museums I visited. I learned so much from this museum. I would highly recommend a visit.

Very detailed museum. Also, it is huge. I mean HUGE. There is a corridor in the middle for resting, but due to the Corona virus, the other resting options were not meant to be used at the time of our visit. Thus, it was a really tiresome visit for our legs. Easily spend several hours there. I don't know if they allow to have lunch in the resting corridor that is inside the main exhibition, but otherwise the only lunch option they offer is a small cafe outside the main exhibition, which means you have to either pack your own food, suffer some hunger or simply plan your visit not around lunch time. The exhibitions were very informative even to English speakers. I really liked that they showed the II WW from other perspectives as well, not only Poland. All in all, I really recommend you to visit this museum.

We were not sure how long will it take and I guess if someone is interested in the subject then 5 hours may be just right. Very well prepared and presented in the engaging way. Worth visiting while in Gdańsk. I would want to go back as we had to rush through. We spent there about 3 hours.
