Create an itinerary including Iglesia de la Santisima Trinidad
At the heart of a little Asunción neighborhood, Iglesia de la Santisima Trinidad stands on the highest hill and faces the home of the country's president. Built in 1854, the church originally served as a private place of worship for then-president Don Carlos Antonio Lopez. Admire its ornate decor, including a grand pyramid-shaped facade, classical paintings, and the national shield. Step inside to see ceiling paintings and images of Easter celebrations surrounding the Franciscan altarpiece. • One of the country's most gorgeous landmarks.
  • For me this an amazing place for the Cristian people because an very old temple in middle of the Asuncion, but the set was very hard for people, I was in a ceremony of weeding of my nefews that was the first in the family, the orquest played the alleluia in a very good mood, the images in the church were nice but that need more assistance, there aren't place to parking and there aren't toilets. There aren't air acondition too.
