Olden serves as a scenic village and the gateway to the largest glacier on the European mainland. Set among lush valleys dotted with wooden farmhouses and surrounded by towering mountains, the town lies within walking distance of the glacier, as well as coach tours of the area. Alternatively, board a high-speed boat and sightsee around the fjord. Visit the two small wooden churches--a red one built in the early 20th century and a white one dating back to the 16th century--for insight into the village's history.     On our way to one of the 'Glaciers' in the vicinity of Stryn we passed Olden. Nice little place, quiet and very peaceful. Just start driving and enjoy the naure and views.
