  • Fabulous trip up 1600 steps built by sherpas. Fantastic view on top. Challenging but we both made it my wife and I soon turning 70.

  • 22/4/2022 - Last part of the stairs is still snowed over, too steep and icy to climb with regular hiking shoes (tried). The view is magnificent but you cant see Reine from the stairs. The stairs are great work from the Sherpas, its still a long way up but a lot easier thanks to this stairway to heaven.
  • THE FIRST PLACE YOU HAVE TO VISIT. If you are in Lofoten it definitely worths the energy to go here. It is obviously a very crowded place because of it's fame and pretty touristic background but the scenery makes it all reasonable. Now that the path has been renewed with some steps and there's no more rock falling from the top and it isn't all that steep definitely a place everyone should visit
