Honestly, this is just a very small (3 meters) memorial pillar. Nothing special about it, and it is very far away from the city center. Not really worth it I say.

This historical monument is well worth a visit whatever the weather. Although snowy on our visit, it is only a short walk from the car park up a heated path and steps!
