Cantina Manconi, Tempio Pausania

Nicola was excellent in describing his business and beyond. During the tasting of the excellent wines produced by him and his family, he intrigued us with many stories related to the territory and to the Sardinian people, as well as obviously describing the production process of their wines. All with the warmth of those who really do that job for passion, not for business. During the evening we had the opportunity to taste the 4 wines of their production, some previews, the filu ferru all accompanied by carasau and salami. The price was great too, considering we bought him a dozen bottles. I thank Nicola and Luisa for the beautiful evening they gave us, we hope to see you again soon!

Very nice winery, excellent wine it is clear that it comes from tradition and passion. The owner welcomed us with extreme courtesy and generosity. Highly recommended
