lovely facilities but found some of the staff to be quite rude

We were made to feel so welcome. The kids loved it. The three kids (9, 11, 13) really enjoyed meeting their ponies, learning some basics and taking them for a ride too. We were very impressed that they got so much more out of it than just a trek.
