Powerscourt Waterfall
Powerscourt Waterfall, Ireland's tallest waterfall, has attracted visitors to the bottom of the Wicklow Mountains for more than 200 years. See the stunning waters, which fall 121 m (398 ft). Explore the park's pathways, or enjoy a picnic and the nearby playground. Admire the beech, oak, larch, pine, and giant redwood trees, which were introduced to the region in the 18th century. Watch for wildlife, including native birds and the Sika Deer. The Powersourt Estate, a 13th-century home located 5 km (3 mi) from the site, owns the waterfall and its valley. The home is also open to the public. Take a look at our Enniskerry travel planner to schedule your visit to Powerscourt Waterfall and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.

Beautiful waterfall and surrounding area, with great access to the waterfall itself with lots of rocks to climb. However, the entrance fee is ridiculous! Nobody should have to pay to see a waterfall..... more

Beautiful place. You could spend all day there. Nice trails for hikers. Car park is big enough. There is cafe/restaurant too so you can grab a snack , coffee or something warm to eat. BBQ area . Entrance is €6 for adults . Waterfall is stunning. This is one of “must see places” in Ireland 🇮🇪

Great place to visit with the family. They is a mall shop to buy food, tables for picnic, toilets, parking and playground. The waterfall is amazing. Lovely place. You need to pay for individual or family tickets. Around 16 euro per car and family.
