  • The castle has changed a lot since I last visited it, and now it is more designed as a number of.exhibit areas. I have to admit that I preferred the old castle exhibition, as there was lots of old antiquities on display. The exhibition in this museum could really sit anywhere. I would love to see more info about the history of this building and also some pointers to Vinegar Hill and other nearby sites. The staff were fantastic and getting access to the roof is beautiful. Make sure you ask where the toilet is on the roof ;-)
  • Friendly staff. Enjoyable experience. We felt very lucky to be offered a trip up on the roof to take in the view by a helpful member of staff which we gladly accepted.
