Visited the cave today, worth a visit, interesting history relating to Crete, only takes 20 mins, 4 euros to enter, great views from the cafe at the entrance.

Interesting cave/caven to visit if you can get there, with an interesting history of its own, though doesn’t take that long to walk around it. Worth a visit for sure. Only 4 euros to view at time...

An amazing bit of history. Worth a visit. And a nice little cafe to sit and enjoy the view out over the mountains. Toilet facilities here as well. A lovely little spot to see. You get a guide in your language with your ticket. All good. And there are several other things we went to see in the area.

We wanted our kids to enjoy different scenery than the rest of other touristic locations. It was not as big as I imagined. For a complete tour, you will spend max 10min and 4.- Eur/person by reading all the panels describing all the historic. It looks safe as nothing (stalactites or stalagmites) seems to be on the point to break and fall on your head! On hot days, I would recommend to come here for fresh air.
