Roxana Souvenir, Loutraki

Unfortunately a very bad experience there! The employee there, a Russian woman, was unbelievable aggressive and rude to us after she somehow assumed that we don't want to buy anything. She was screaming at us that we should leave the shop and even ripped a toy out of the hands of our 2 year old son. Unbelievable! The owner even had to step in. He was however really nice and kind. This employee is really bad for the business, since we actually intended to buy a couple of things there

By far the best shop I have ever been too! Not only did I have the best, warmest welcome the second I walked in but this shop have everything you want to take with you home from Greece. I bought the BEST olive oil I have ever tried, and the nicest handmade (made by Roxana herself) bracelets for all my friends. The shop has a true spirit to it, you can see that the owners care about their business and their customers. I would absolutely recommend this shop for your souvenir/gift shopping when you are in the area, it's the best really! Thanks for your amazing friendliness!!
