  • Wonderful (of course)! If you visit during the school year, try to get here either early or late--around 10am school groups show up and the small museum starts to feel even smaller, to put it mildly! But the collection is worth it, fantastic, and if you go before visiting the site you'll recognize descriptions and where statues stood!
  • Interesting artifacts. I enjoyed the items on loan from the Louvre. Also all other items found on site that provide a small reflection of life in the area. If you are unable to climb to the top of the site, there are still excellent views of the valley below from the museum entrance. Sit and savor them.
