See how some of the country's finest chocolate products are made at Chocolate Museum. You'll find it right above the city's famous chocolate factory. Explore the site's miniature versions of machines used in chocolate production. Don't miss a stop at the chocolate fountain. Staff members dip wafers into the liquid chocolate and distribute them to visitors. Opened in 1993, the museum showcases the history of chocolate from its beginnings in ancient Mexico to cutting-edge production methods. The well-stocked shop sells a wide range of the factory's chocolate products. By using our Cologne visit site, you can arrange your visit to Chocolate Museum and other attractions in Cologne.

Staff in the cafe was rude, started a discussion, wrong tone. We were appalled by such 'customer service'.

You can buy tickets upon entry, no need for advance tickets unless you want. I thoroughly enjoyed going through the museum and learning the history of chocolate and how it’s made, processed, and used across the world and different cultures. Coolest part is seeing the chocolate actually made right in front of you through different steps. You even get to click a button that pops out the chocolate that was just cooled/made. Definitely worth the visit here in Cologne!

Nice place to have an idea about how the 'Lindt' chocolates are made. Very nice place to take children for their level of excitement. Especially nice to see the different types of process throw which chocolates are made. It's one of a kind experience. Not to forget and miss the free sample tasting of chocolate wafers provided. Wheelchair accessible entrance is available. Exciting information about chocolates are available.
