One of the most beautiful places near Munich. Good for a walk with the family, perfect for food & beer lovers. Very easy to reach also with the public transportation.

If you're looking for a beer brewing Monastery on a hill for food and drink this is as typical as it gets. The beer is good, the food is local style so depends on your taste on whether you like it or not. You can drive, to it, get a bus from Hersching from outside the train station, walk or cycle if you feel fit and can get back OK after a few beers.
