  • Very well set up museum with a build-up phase from before the Great War until years after it´s end. Cleverly done and very interesting. Good mixture of artifacts, weapons and stories from the time...

  • My wife and I went for the afternoon. Thought the layout was conducive to understanding what led up to the Great War from a France perspective. The tour started with a film taking visitors back in time to 1870. Thorough exhibits wrt preparing for war (alliances between France, Russia, & UK and Germany, Austria-Hungary, & Italy) and soldiers’ uniforms, and types of warfare (naval, air, trench). Interesting area dedicated to camouflage and role women played in supporting troops. If you’re in the Paris/Disneyland Paris area, definitely worth a visit.
  • Superb and highly informative museum! Great collection and nice visual presentations. Due to Covid there were very few visitors. Though most texts are in french, the main narrative of WWI can be understood through the english translations. Recommended.
