It was pouring rain almost the whole time (which I hear is unusual for Montreal), but Chantal, our tour guide, was a ray of sunshine! Our taxi was late, so we missed our 11:00 tour, but Chantal welcomed us into her group instead and graciously accommodated us! This was one of the best food tours I have been on. The food was delicious, and the quaint, artistic Mile End Neighborhood is a must see. Highly recommend this tour!

We picked the snowiest spring afternoon to do our tour of the Plateau! I highly recommend this walking tour (even in the snow) but my advice is to pick a nice day or dress for the weather because many of the stops are outside. That said, the tour was phenomenal. Great for those visiting Montreal, and great also for Montreal natives who want to learn a little more about the beautiful city they call home - you are guaranteed to walk away with a whole bunch of interesting trivia and knowledge! Laura was knowledgeable and personable and funny. The food we tasted was top-tier classic Montreal, the best of the best. Come with an empty stomach!
