D-Golden Tours, Hopkins

We had an amazing trip looking for scarlet macaws with D-Golden! So much information and knowledge of the country and habitat of these amazing animals. We walked into the jungle and sat by a river, enjoying all that nature has to offer. My favorite part was the explanation about the protections in place for the species. A good guide will give you a little history, some background with a related story, and answer the question, all in one conversation. D-Golden is an excellent guide and we would go with him on any tour.

This was our second tour with D. Golden Tours and they didn’t disappoint either outing. From the time they picked us up at our hotel to the time they dropped us up I don’t think we stopped laughing or smiling. They answered all our questions about fishing and snorkelling without pause or reservation. They had all the answers and were eager to assist us at every turn. They gave us the best reef fishing experience we have EVER been on. They also cleaned the few fish we wanted to keep for dinner and ensured it was all done to our liking. Our captain was Burt, and I can’t say enough about him. He is funny, gregarious and generous. He’s also not shy to speak his mind. This made for great chemistry and respect. Do not hesitate in hiring this amazing local tour company. They will go out of there way to ensure you have the best time possible.
