A really great place to go for a few hours. We were lucky with the weather too. Be sure to add tickets to see the Palm house and Desert house. A few enclosures were closed in the zoo , so we missed.... more

One of the oldest zoos in the world! This was such an amazing experience. The zoo was a lot bigger than we were expecting it to be and beyond crowded so we would recommend buying tickets in advance and getting there early. You will not be disappointed visiting this zoo from child age to adult there is something to admire for everyone.

Such a great Zoo! Make sure you go early enough because it is a rather big location and if you want to enjoy the whole thing you are going to need about 2-3+ hours. So many animals to see! And you can use the map they provide you with to plan out your exploration. Great location for little children and for couples! Don't miss out when you visit Vienna, since it's one of the oldest Zoos of Europe!
