Aussichtsturm Pyramidenkogel, Keutschach am See

Overlooking the turquoise blue lakes, rolling green hills, and Alpine peaks in the distance stands Aussichtsturm Pyramidenkogel, an observation tower 847 m (2,779 ft) tall. The unusual structure originated in 1950, but later evolved to its current state, made of wood and steel. Hard to miss, the tower's corkscrew design appears a bit wobbly and is topped by three observation platforms at varying heights. Ascend by spiral staircase or glass elevator to any of the three platforms. The interior of the tower features a tube slide, so grab a potato sack and slide on down to the bottom.
