Wavelength Reef Cruises, Port Douglas

Just got back from one of the most awesome experiences of my life. The Wavelength team really took care of us. The snorkel only cruise is fantastic. We've been on mixed scuba and snorkel cruises before, and as snorkellers have always felt kind of second class. Not this time! I'm always a bit nervous before snorkelling and the Wavelength team had all the gear and reassurances to improve my confidence. We visited 3 different dive sites and spent around 3 hours in the water The variety and number of fish we swam with blew my mind. We were expecting bleached coral, but actually saw an amazing and colourful variety. This family owned company is helping to improve the reef by "planting" and maintaining coral nurseries. How cool is that! Bye the way, lunch and coffee was fantastic.

Fantastic day from start to finish. Great boat, even better crew who went above and beyond for everyone. Lovely food and the snorkel sites were all excellent seeing lots of fish, coral and of course turtles. Highly recommended.
