Merrick's Noosa Learn to Surf, Noosa

Thank you to Merrick and his awesome crew! So glad we booked in for surf lessons for our boys while here in Noosa. They have never surfed and absolutely loved it! Great guys, awesome with kids and very professionally run. We will definitely be back on our next trip to catch a few more waves. Special thanks to Bailey!

Having never surfed before, and in fact having not much prior experience with the ocean, I signed up for a 5-day surfing course with my partner and friends as a personal challenge. I set myself the goal of being comfortable in the water with a board and being able to pop up, but I far surpassed my expectations. Under the instruction of Crawford, by the end of the five days I was catching green waves independently and turning! Crawford was a phenomenal teacher, providing individualised feedback and encouragement, and teaching us many important things not just about surfing, but also the ocean and how to pick a board. Crawford and everyone else at Merrick's surf school were so friendly and approachable, and we really enjoyed chatting with everyone before and after classes. Can't recommend this surf school enough!
