Sea life looked nice. This place could get the prices down for visitors. The plaques and signs could improve a lot.

We were so excited to see the aquarium. Unfortunately it was underwhelming. Overall looking very tired. The exhibits are dated and in need of a revamp. The penguins especially made me sad :( a bit more effort to make the enclosure more natural and exciting would be good. The cinema experience was great! It would be great to have staff around to educate the kids about different exhibits and wildlife conservation. Overall the facility wasn't very clean, toilets resembled those of a scummy service station. With all this said our children still had a lovely time and enjoyed the exhibits.

Seeing all the animals at the aquarium was a great experience. Our 1year old son enjoyed pointing at all the colorful fish and seeing the big rays. Sadly, I do not feel the aquarium has been designed with a family friendly layout and access for the sheer amount of prams and wheelchairs. We went relatively early to try and beat the rush of people but unfortunately spent a great deal of our experience in line waiting for the lack of lifts. The walkways between each of the exhibits are incredibly narrow causing a lot of difficulty to get past others. It would be great to see the aquarium have a re-vamp and be designed with pram friendly spacious walkways. After all, this attraction is targeted towards children and families. More signage and lifts need to be seriously considered. There also needs to be more staff assisting and directing people for support. At this point in time I do not recommend attending the aquarium for a fun family day.
