Healesville Sanctuary, Healesville

I have visited this sanctuary multiple times and loved it every time. It has a good variety of animals with a nice setup to show them in their habitats. If you’re there in time for shows, shows are both informative and interesting. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s great to know that this place helps animals and puts them back to the wild. Another great thing about this place is that it’s open on public holidays, even on Good Friday and Christmas day. Also kids can visit the place for free on weekends.

May be good for kids. We were two couples so the animal attractions were a little less interesting. Some important/exciting animals like Tigers etc are not here. Melbourne Zoo is much better.
