  • Love the different walks and plant sections, beautifully landscaped, great restaurant and a good area to paddle feet. Update* New addition with grassed area where you can picnic and relax looking over a pond. Gift shop has great items, have purchased quite a few things from there. Kids playground looks great, water fountains & toilets around the walks which are helpful. Highly recommended place
  • Never in my life do I find any botanical garden interesting, but this one has totally changed my mind! The planning/design of this garden is genius. It is designed to aim to educate and to be enjoyed. A very clear singular "journey" to let our kids to learn about trees & plants. Everything is clear, opened and well defined, and also very well paced. Whereas, if you're in the City, the Royal botanical garden is more about leisure, hidden, corners, shades. This Cranbourne Garden is totally different and fresh! It's about showcasing, making a statement. The bus tour is also one of the highlights of our visit. I highly recommended you to take the bus tour BEFORE walking through the garden yourself. Perfect pace and just right amount of brief introduction to everything. Our kids totally engaged in the tour. Kids is free during school holiday while adults pay $10. All staff are friendly and helpful. First time in my life that I actually enjoyed going to a Botanical Garden. I will definitely revisit.
