They cancelled my trip less than 48 hours out from departure. Reservation guy rang to say sorry. We have lost thousands travelling to Cairns. Reservation guy said, "I suggest you make a claim on your insurance". Atrocious customer service. My 11 year old is in tears and our school holidays are ruined. Spend your money elsewhere guys.
