    I have taken 1 night cruise in the bay. Unfortunately, the following elements were very worrying and made my experience not the best. PROS: - good food on the boat - convenient transfer from Hanoi - activities were okish, the guide was not introducing much about the places visited plus there was barely any time to make photos CONS: - quality of the boat - according to the description the boat should have been renovated, but it was not 1. ROOM - shower was dirty to the level that we have decided not to shower, 2. WiFi - there was no WiFi service on the boat, which was supposed to be included. Guide has informed me that we are on open sea, so there is no service 3. SMELL & NOISE of engine was unbearable on the cabin floor and in our room 4. FIRST AID - nobody on the boat, including guide or stuff member have any idea about first aid. I have fallen down the stairs, breaking my leg and nobody was able to help. There was just one gentleman, possibly from kitchen or cleaning service who was able to come organise at least an ice. 5. QUALITY - the boat seemed old and rotten.
