Escape the hustle and bustle of the city at Tao Dan Park, an urban green space with over 1,000 trees. This 10 hectare (25 acre) park has plenty of places to stroll, exercise, and practice (or watch others practicing) tai chi. Spend a relaxing day in the shade of trees, bring your children to the park's playground, or go on a brisk walk. Here you will also see original statues and replicas of Nha Trang's Cham Tower and the Hung King Temple. • Covered with a lot of trees and greens. Many seniors do calisthenics and other exercises in the mornings. Many do their jogging here, too. A portion is enclosed as playground for young kids. There are numerous wooden benches to rest that dot the many shaded pathways. There are some who come to play their guitar and sing.
  • There was the annual Tet festival going on..good to see the different plants and tress being showcased..lots of food stalls and places to sit and eat..other stalls selling various wares and goods..bargains to be found here..there's a massive stage with different music and shows like comedy sketches and dancing..lots of people and everyone is enjoying the event..but overall though when this is just a park again and the festival has finished it's a nice place to come for a walk and relax. Lights are on inside..I would not come here after 10pm if you are alone..never know who is around..but otherwise they have a playground for children and plenty of walking space..and exercise machines..
