  Everything was Excellent & Splendid! We have booked this for our Xmas Honeymoon without payment 6 months in advance. Anna Pham has been very diligent to keep us posted on the transportation arrangement and our special needs ahead of our inaugural cruise stay. My husband and I are both light sleeper and had not been having a peaceful sleep in Old Quarters due to Traffic Culture - Honking Hell. The food onboard was good, the hospitality onboard kept us warm and the room was so spacious! Anna is also concerned enough to arrange our transportation back to Hanoi and I was stoked to receive a warm honeymoon souvenir from her. I am definitely recommending Alisa Premier Cruise to my friends. P/s: do dress up for the Dinner: Fine Dining.

  Took this cruise in January. One of the best cruises for Halong bay. Their hospitality is amazing. Really amazing. They will take care of your every need. We were travelling in a big group and had some crazy requests. The staff didn't back out and catered to us with a smile. Great experience.
