Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah, Savannah

We really liked it! Some of the tour guides/bus drivers are more animated than others, but all provide adequate information. Its great that you can get the on and off option to check out the various points of interest. Some stops have an actor playing the role of an historic figure get on bus and tell their story! Kind of a fun thing! Worth the price!

We liked this tour! The narration of both drivers we experienced (Grady and Richard) was pleasant and funny without being overly or annoyingly cheesy all the time. The tour hits on every interesting sight, and there are trolleys at least every 15 minutes though at several points in time they were more frequent than that even. I will say that unlike yours like this in some larger cities, the total area covered is only relatively small and by itself very walkable, so from that perspective there’s no immediate need to take a trolley tour. This also means that a lot of time is taken up by taking many, many turns, both to be able to maneuver around and see all of the city’s little squares, as well as just adding enough time for the narration. Not a bad thing though, because the narration was fun and informative.
