Cool off with a relaxing dip in one of the world's largest outdoor wave pools at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. As one of two aquatic parks at Walt Disney World Resort, the complex offers an array of water attractions ranging from gentle wading pools to exhilarating thrill rides. Speed down five stories at almost 64 km/h (40 mph) on the Humunga Kowabunga waterslide, or take a chance snorkeling with dozens of sharks and stingrays at Shark Reef. Feel free to pack your own lunch, or stop by one of the park’s many outdoor eateries. Arrive sooner rather than later in terms of both lines and temperatures. Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , online itinerary creator Edition.

We really enjoyed our time here! We went for an event, H20 Glow Nights. It was definitely fun! We spent most of our time at the wave pool which had waves going at full blast the whole night! The lazy river had fun floats, and we really enjoyed the music they had playing. The other thing we really loved was that there were no lines or very short lines for all of the slides. That was awesome! Great night, highly recommend!

I had wanted to visit Typhoon Lagoon for a very long time, but never committed because I think it's very expensive for a water park, and I still believe that to be true. However, I had a wonderful day at the park with my son. We had lots of fun on the lazy river, the titular Typhoon Lagoon wave pool, and several excellent water slides. If you get lunch, I would skip the burgers, mine was pretty dry, chicken fingers would probably have been a better choice. If you're into soft served ice cream, get some, it was delicious. It's pricey, but parking is free, so there's that. I'll definitely be back.
