  We really loved stopping here for goodies. They are nice and offer free tastes of taffy. Such an oasis of deliciousness. I will definitely come again. And again.  more »

  A must-stop for that sweet treat to get you up and over the mountains on the long drive back to San Diego. The staff are always so friendly, and nice! Ive been stopping here for 30 years, but tried the peanut brittle yesterday for the first time, and I should have bought a dozen bags.Yum! So light and crisp, not at all like other peanut brittle i have had. We bought salt water taffy, rock candy and these little 'honey bees' candies that tastes slightly of flowers and were filled with honey. A delicious surprise! Go out back and take a photo with the old prospector. PLEASE don't climb on or damage him. We don't want a fence around him.

  We love this little gem. It is so cute and quaint. We are quickly becoming regulars for their ice cream. I love how much of their candy is made right here in Nevada too. I will be stocking up on it for Halloween and Christmas! The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful and generous. They will ALWAYS offer your kids free candy. You have been warned. :)
