Outfitters Kauai, Lihue

We were so happy to find a place that "does it all"! We got engaged on a kayak tour, so we wanted to do one for our honeymoon, but we also really wanted to do ziplines and see some sights. It's so hard to fit everything in during one trip! Outfitters' excursion on 3/13/2019 was the perfect way to get in all we wanted, and it was a fair price for everything you do + getting lunch provided. Matt and Elvis were our main tour guides; Ben started us out on the kayaks. All three gentlemen were super entertaining and knew a lot about not just what we were doing or walking through, but also the island in general! Their humor was also a pretty great bonus. We would definitely do this again - especially with these guys! Make sure you bring shoes that have really good tread. Some parts of the trail get really slippery. I didn't think we really needed the recommended towel - you air dry pretty well between any water parts of the trip. Pro tip: you can tip the guys at the end of the trip, so bring cash! They deserve it.

A fun and informative adventure! A beautiful paddle down a river followed by a challenging hike to two fun swimming holes. Our guide, Mateo, was fun, informative and skilled. He made the trip! DO NOT WEAR FLIP FLOPS. When they say to wear decent water shoes shoes with good tread PAY ATTENTION!.
