    We missed the Hanna Lava Tubes on our last visit to Maui, as we got there too late after an out and back to Lindberg’s grave. This visit, we allowed more time and enjoyed a self-guided tour. These...  more »

    Great experience We randomly stopped here and this was fun, Self guided tour and well worth the expense. I have been to Hana before and do now know how we missed this gem.  more »

    Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable. The cave is impressive and it has great signage throughout the cave. There's a rock that fell from the ceiling 960 years ago and if you look up you can see where it fell from. Can't miss it. We are very glad we stopped.

    Amazing to see how flowing lava created caves with stalagmites, stalactites, pyrite and creepy crawlies that adapted to a world with no light! $12.50 for a self guided tour and they provided a flashlight. John was awesome in explaining the caves and flower maze nearby.
