  This was a perfect venue for dinner. Superb quality and it's great to try something different. Cocktails are amazing too. Menu changes are frequent and always deliver great taste.cant recommend highly enough

  Having just come from Gidleigh Park, it’s hard to believe these two hotels are under the same group. They’re of such different calibration, in my opinion. The hotel was easy to get to and the grounds were lovely. Our room was the suite and it was spacious and comfortable. However, cleanliness was not up to par at all and there were water stains on furniture. Bathroom is in desperate need of updating. I cannot remember the last time I stayed in such a dated bathroom. Pillows were very thin and soft. I had to ask for a firmer and thicker pillow, which was given but still felt quite flimsy. Insulation is poor because I could hear everything going on outside. Breakfast was nice and they had gluten free bread. Overall, I’m not sure that we would return.
