Midhope Castle is a 16th-century tower house in Scotland. It is situated in the hamlet of Abercorn on the Hopetoun estate, About 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) to the west of South Queensferry, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. It is a Category A listed building.

  • £4.80 something each to walk round the house and get a quick photo. I was so glad I got to go here as I am a total superfan lol but my husband couldn't believe we got charged to take the photo of the....  more »

  • Really nice to see Jamie's home. You can't go inside the castle and it won't take much long to see the surroundings. It costs £3.50 pp (09/2019) to get inside the property, I think it's an acceptable value. I didn't see toilets around.
  • Neat little place to see. Run down and can't go inside. You'll definitely recognize it if you ever watched the Outlander series.
