    Now I love this museum but some of the staff here are unwelcoming and, frankly, rude. It's such a shame as my little boy loves the Hulks experience but I am unlikely to go back after my experience...  more »

    The ship-building, Dickensian connections are well-presented, but the most impressive part is the large section on prison hulks.  more »

    Wow. I can’t believe this place is free. Super awesome museum with top notch displays. I particularly like the prison hulk display. You enter a 3 level recreation of what it would’ve been like to be a prisoner. That was the highlight for me but the knights of Templar display was very well done also. Highly recommend this museum. We did it all in about an hour and a half.

    Brilliant museum. Very interesting exhibits and great atmosphere. Great deal of information about the history of Medway and surrounding areas. Very friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended.
