Great session with Dan who pitched it just right for us. Lovely venue to go for a paddleboard. The kit was fine. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to give it a try or explore a new area. more »

Had a really great experience paddle boarding on the Thames with Active360. Paddled for about an hour through lovely natural scenery and then stopped for a tea in a lovely small town before heading back. Personally, I had never stood on a paddle board before, but I got to choose the kind of board I wanted (went for medium difficulty) and the instructor gave useful instructions both before and during the session. All in all a great way to experience a different side of London from the usual busy and touristy parts. Would definitely recommend both visitors and locals alike to try it out.

Lovely introduction to paddleboarding with instructor Samuel. I took a three hour beginners session to Richmond bridge and back (stopped for tea break). You go with the tide so timing and length of session varies. Wetsuits, boots and boards included. Learned the basics and felt well supported throughout. Can try different boards depending on your balance! Once you've done the intro session you can join the improvers sessions and attend regularly (no membership fees). So calm and interesting on the river, and a bit of a workout.
