    A Lovely place to visit - great walks beside the flight of locks. You can help boaters if requested up or down the flight. Local pub and tea room nearby. Lovely place for a picnic.  more »

    Apart from the car park machine eating money it's a great spot... Cost me £3 instead of £1.50 but was a lovely couple hrs, walking and watching boats go through the locks. The cafe is excellent and...  more »

    Fantastic set of locks. We were lucky enough to see a canal boat using them, which takes a lot of hard work. Very interesting. And there's a nice cafe and toilets available along the lock walkway. We also saw people sat outside the cafe with their dogs, so it's definitely dog friendly.

    What a great place! Full of history yet very much alive! It's so nice to understand how important the Locks were for transportation back in the days and it's just delightful to see the boats transiting up and down and how well it all still works these days...
