Lyme Park encloses more than 400 hectares (1,000 acres) of English countryside, flower gardens, and a lavish mansion hall. The home's architecture features both Elizabethan and Baroque elements and was part of the Legh estate for over 600 years. The park and structures are open to visitors as part of the National Trust. As you explore the grounds on foot or by bicycle, try to spot medieval breeds of red and fallow deer. The Crow Wood playground is a hit with children, while adults often enjoy seeing the locations where "Pride and Prejudice" was filmed.
