  We stayed in the Butler’s Granary cottage as a family and we had a wonderful time together. After Lockdown it was so nice to be able to take full advantage of the beautiful gardens and nearby waters.....  more »

  Well worth a walk when not in isolation. The snowdrops in Jan- Feb is a sight to mark the turn of winter to spring. Lovely countryside views.  more »

  This is a lovely place. The accommodation is superb. The gardens are beautiful and if you are after a relaxing quiet holiday you will struggle to beat it. Great for families and groups.

  We had a lovely couple of hours meandering along the the well set out paths amongst the snowdrops but I did feel there were less snowdrops than in previous years. My granddaughter enjoyed the children's play area and having a swing and going down the slide. Half way round we stopped at the tearoom and had a drink and a piece of home made cake which was delicious.
