  • A very pleasant park with lovely paths around the river. A cafe of you fancy a cake and a drink, or even better why not pop into the Abbey for a beer.
  • An expansive oasis of calm with something for everyone. National collection of hydrangea tended by a dedicated group of hard working volunteers. Popular Cash only Tea room (limited hours) with snacks and ice cream. Shame penny-pinching Derby city council ripped out the many flower beds.
