A quaint arts and crafts garden, Hidcote Manor Garden contains different themed outdoor "rooms." Explore the maze of narrow pathways leading to the each room, take a moment to reflect on one of the many ornate benches throughout the property, or find a place of seclusion among the taller trees. The gardens are home to a vast number of exotic plant species from all over the world. After your visit, follow the Monarch's Way path to the quaint hamlet of Hidcote Bartrim and its traditionally thatched "chocolate box" stone cottages. Recommended by a friend who recently visited. The autumn colours did not disappoint. Beautiful gardens and clearly sign posted one way system in place to ensure everyone stayed Covid safe. Will... more »

6 stars for Hidcote Manor and it's truly amazing gardens. I've spent countless hours in the gardens, themed garden rooms in a substantial area, many wonderful trees and plants. Something of interest in all season's of the year. Hidcote is on a gorgeous Cotswold landscape with breathtaking views. The café is exemplary and for me very much part of the Hidcote experience. One of my favourite places for a cup of tea and a cheese scone. Familiar NT favourites available at very reasonable prices. Some of the gardens could be tricky for wheelchairs, but still very accessible. Another gem for children too. There is so much to see at Hidcote, I'd say more, but why not visit for yourself. Very much recommended

We enjoyed a family get together here as it is a central location for us. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The weather was not on best behaviour and mid October was not the best choice but we all enjoyed the experience. My personal high point was the comfortable restaurant and a very good gluten free selection. The individual lemon drizzle cakes are fantastic.
