Montpellier Gardens reviews
Small park in urban centre. Popular with dog walkers. Small art gallery. Toilets. Across the road from popular eateries/pubs. Very pleasant for a summers day stroll.
A lovely park in, pretty much, the middle of town. Plenty of flat, paved, paths and lots of grass to lay about on/play/enjoy. The park has good facilities for kids, as well as a little art gallery and 2 coffee shops (I haven't used them, so I don't know what they're like). There's loads of benches to sit & rest on, and lots of bins to dispose of litter (but none that I could see that separated litter from recycling, unlike those on the street). The park is clean, tidy and with very few hiding spots - given it is wide open, it feels very safe, I was happy to sit on my own and get engrossed in my phone.
