  The umbrellas on the various 131 hotels on the West side of the main central garden (Imperial Square) of Cheltenham are quite ghastly. They totally traduce the beautiful placement and architecture...  more »

  Although beside the sometimes busy promenade, this was a relaxing and peaceful place to sit and enjoy my lunch and the sunshine. I felt away from the hustle and bustle of traffic with a view of well attended flower beds, that was even attracted by butterflies and bees. A little oasis!

  I was fortunate to visit Cheltenham during their Lights festival earlier this year and their Music Festival recently. Each event has its own magic. I would love my local South African town to host events that brings love for all things cultural, celebration and music together. The events were well organized too.
