    when I booked they said there are puffins, but the boat captain,after 10 minutes from departure, he said there are no puffins now. It is unfair. i paid to see them, not an empty island.  more »

    Went over when visiting the area ! Afraid too late to see lots of puffins ! Did see a puffling being realised on way back on boat ! Plenty of other birds to see ! Well worth a day trip over...  more »

    First visit and will definitely be going again. A wonderful place for photography, the staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful. We picked a really good day as well. Catch the May Princess from Anstruther for a fantastic time out. Well worth the trip and very reasonable price.

    What an amazing island, so worth the 2 hour drive from Edinburgh and the not so stable boattrip from Anstruther. Very cool to see puffins, seals, terns and other wild animals make the island their home in great numbers, very friendly staff on both the island and the cruises. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys nature or hiking.
