If I didn’t have a guide I wouldn’t have microbes this was anything. But it’s a nice gate and the relief sculptures depict Hercules carrying the lion down that he killed with his bare hands. more »

The Heracles Gate was once the southern entrance to the main city Avenue - the Curetes. However, over the ages only two beautifully carved columns remained. There's no chance to miss it as they stand.... more »

An amazing historical site. Take not of the wonderful mosaic flooring. The views of Celsus Library from here is also fantastic

Historical site which is a must visit place! Come and feast your eyes with the beauty of the once magnificent city! There is another entrance which needs another fee to see the historical daily use of stuff. I would have loved to go but due to time constraint following a tour group, i couldn't go😭
