Reach the upper levels of the community for expansive views of the city, the bay, and the surrounding landscape with Tarihi Asansor. The original elevator was built in 1907 and transported people and goods to the upper quarters of the city, allowing them to bypass the steep cliffs. It has since been replaced by a modern elevator, but the structure remains the same. Take it up for some great photo opportunities, or sit down for a drink and a bite to eat at the outdoor restaurant located at the elevator's exit--one of the city's fanciest. Yesterday we visited the historical elevator of Izmir. It was a great social activity place. It’s worth experience to climb up in the elevator which was built in 1907 by a Jewish businessman for public use. When you climb up, you see a panoramic view of the Izmir city, the sea and the refreshing air. There is a classical Resturant where you can dine and enjoy the company of your family or friends. It’s a must see place in Izmir. A wonderful experience.

This place is my dream place. It is built on mountain once side & breathtaking sea coast the other side like you can view sea coat & enjoy sea breeze from window of your home as well. Since turkey is the safest place specially for the female I stayed there for three days. I discovered city all say then after ling days i used sit & enjoy a walk on sea cost. As i am nature loving person & was feeling like my soul was craving for this place since decades.
