Pokhara, the second largest city in the country, attracts visitors with its superlative natural wonders and easygoing atmosphere.
Kick off your visit on the 8th (Fri): take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports, explore the activities along Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake), and then walk around Pandeli Park, Sarangkot. Keep things going the next day: admire the sheer force of Devi's Fall, relax and rejuvenate at some of the top local wellness centers, and then identify plant and animal life at Wildlife Areas.

Patna, India to Pokhara is an approximately 11.5-hour car ride. You can also do a combination of car and flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 0.2 hours traveling from Patna to Pokhara. While traveling from Patna, expect little chillier days and about the same nights in Pokhara, ranging from highs of 28°C to lows of 15°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 9th (Sat) to allow time to travel to Sauraha.

Sauraha

The tourist town of Sauraha stands on the edge of the Chitwan National Park and acts as the eastern gateway to a World Heritage-protected area.
Escape the urban bustle at Chitwan National Park and Elephant Breeding Centre. Step out of Sauraha to go to Chitwan National Park and see Tiger Residency Resort, which is approximately 44 minutes away. There's lots more to do: contemplate the waterfront views at Narayani River, don't miss a visit to Tharu Cultural Museum & Research Center, and explore the galleries of Sauraha Art Gallery.
