The gateway to the island of Saint John, Cruz Bay represents the island's largest town, port, and commercial center.
Take a break from Cruz Bay with a short trip to Salt Pond Bay in Virgin Islands National Park, about 38 minutes away. There's much more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Trunk Bay Beach, tour the pleasant surroundings at Maho Bay Beach, hike along Ram Head Trail, and make a trip to Annaberg Sugar Plantation.
