Scenic Rim travel guide
The Scenic Rim is an aptly named natural phenomenon that straddles Queensland and New South Wales, known as the Great Dividing Range. Some of the land, such as Cunninghams Gap, is well-developed to receive visitors, while other spots are privately owned agricultural areas and villages. However, most of the rim is made up of protected areas. The Scenic Rim is home to 14 national parks. The best hiking trails, camping, and views are along the semicircle ridge of mountain ranges.
